Headline: UNCAPTIONED: Chris Brown pleads not guilty to further charges over alleged nightclub attack
Caption: Chris Brown has pleaded not guilty to two more charges relating to an alleged nightclub attack. The 36-year-old singer pleaded not guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH) as well as having an offensive weapon in a public place during a hearing at Southwark Crown Court in London on Friday morning. According to reports, around 20 fans sat in the public gallery to support the star. Brown previously pleaded not guilty to the more serious charge of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH) last month. His co-defendant, U.S. musician Omololu Akinlolu, also known as Hoody Baby, pleaded not guilty to the same charge in June too. The charges relate to the allegation that the Run It hitmaker attacked music producer Abraham Diaw with a tequila bottle at Tape nightclub in London in February 2023. The case will go to trial on 26 October 2026. Brown was initially arrested in Manchester on 15 May when he arrived in the U.K. for his Breezy Bowl tour. He was held in custody for almost a week before being released after paying a $6.7 million (£5 million) security fee. Brown kicked off the U.K. leg of his tour in Manchester just weeks after he was arrested in the city. During his performance, he told the crowd, "Thank you for coming and supporting me. And thank you to the jail... It was really nice.” He is next set to perform in Miami, Florida on 30 July. Instructions: THIS VIDEO MUST NOT BE EDITED FOR LENGTH TO COMBINE WITH OTHER CONTENT
