Caption: Ronaldo Leaves Portugal Squad and Vows to Reveal the Truth. Cristiano Ronaldo has left Portugal's international camp and says he will explain his reasons in time. His departure followed speculation about tensions with coach Jorge Jesus after Ronaldo missed Portugal's Norway victory. Jesus denied tensions, saying Ronaldo was unhappy after warming up but remaining unused during Sunday's match. The coach also rejected reports Ronaldo refused training, explaining he completed individual mobility and strengthening exercises. Ronaldo later left Denmark's Parken stadium with staff members before announcing his departure publicly on Instagram. He said the decision followed discussions with Portugal's football federation president and promised to reveal details. Goncalo Ramos, who scored against Norway, was expected to start ahead of Ronaldo again against Denmark. Portugal's federation confirmed Ronaldo's exit while saying preparations would continue normally with the remaining squad players.
