Headline: UNCAPTIONED: Study Finds Mornings Are When People Feel Their Best

Caption: Study Finds Mornings Are When People Feel Their Best. A University College London (UCL) study reveals that mornings are when people generally feel their happiest with mood declining by midnight. Using data from over 49,000 adults between 2020 and 2022, researchers found that happiness, life satisfaction and feelings of worth were higher on Mondays and Fridays compared to Sundays. Tuesdays also saw a slight happiness boost while loneliness showed no variation across the week. The study highlighted seasonal differences too, with people reporting greater happiness in summer than winter. Experts attribute daily mood changes to the body’s natural clock but suggest that shifts in tasks and routines between weekdays and weekends also play a role. Dr. Feifei Bu from UCL summed it up, saying, "Things generally do seem better in the morning”. Instructions: THIS VIDEO MUST NOT BE EDITED FOR LENGTH TO COMBINE WITH OTHER CONTENT
