Headline: UNCAPTIONED: Reform Proposes Benefits Ban For Most Foreign Nationals

Caption: Reform Proposes Benefits Ban For Most Foreign Nationals. Reform UK has proposed banning most foreign nationals from claiming benefits as part of a major overhaul of Britain's welfare system. The policy would also apply to European Union citizens with settled status in the UK, meaning a Reform government would need to renegotiate parts of Britain's Brexit agreement with the EU. Reform’s economy spokesman Robert Jenrick said the changes were needed to restore fairness, arguing that one in six Universal Credit claimants is not a British or Irish citizen. The party claims the measure could save £21 billion a year by its fifth year, while its wider package of welfare reforms could eventually save £50 billion annually. However, Labour says the vast majority of migrants already have no access to benefits while the Conservatives have dismissed Reform's proposals as "cobbled together”. The UK is expected to spend £322 billion on welfare this year. Instructions: THIS VIDEO MUST NOT BE EDITED FOR LENGTH TO COMBINE WITH OTHER CONTENT
