Headline: RAW VIDEO: World's Largest Luxury Cruise Suite Dwarfs The Average UK Family Home
Caption: This two-story suite - aboard a Regent Seven Seas Cruise - purports to be the largest and most luxurious ever built on a cruise ship. The Skyview Regent Suite will be available on its forthcoming vessel, the impressive Seven Seas Prestige. Spanning an astonishing 8,794 square feet across two levels - much larger than the average U.K. home's area of around 1,000 - the suite will crown the top of the new ship when it sets sail in December 2026. With a starting rate of $25,000 (approx. £19,600) per night, the Skyview Regent Suite will offer an all-inclusive experience which the company has described as “Unrivalled at Sea”. Features include 3,703 sq. ft. of wraparound balcony space, two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a private in-suite lift and a floating natural stone staircase. Guests will also have access to a personal gym, sauna, walk-in wardrobe, and a dedicated dining area with a glass-enclosed bar. The suite also includes exclusive entry to The Study, a private dining venue for 12 on Deck 11, positioned between the ship’s Chartreuse and Prime 7 restaurants. “At Regent, we are committed to setting new standards in ultra-luxury travel, and the Skyview Regent Suite is a true embodiment of that promise,” said Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “At nearly 9,000 square feet, this breathtaking two-level suite delivers the most exclusive and elevated experience at sea.” The Skyview Regent Suite, accommodating up to six guests, has been designed by Miami-based firm Studio DADO. “In the Skyview Regent Suite, we aimed to capture the essence of modern Italian design, combining clean, elegant lines with exquisite craftsmanship to create a truly unforgettable experience,” said Elias Sol, Senior Associate at Studio DADO. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a sculptural leather-clad foyer with integrated lighting. The main floor includes a formal dining space, library-style seating, a skylight offering panoramic forward views, and a sleek ocean-facing bar. A secondary guest suite completes the lower level. The entire upper floor is reserved for the primary bedroom suite, featuring a hand-crafted bed from Italian bedmaker Flou, a spa-inspired bathroom with floating tub and sauna, and a boutique-style wardrobe. Guests also benefit from a private gym equipped with a stationary bike, yoga area, massage room and high-end fitness equipment. Guests also receive the services of a personal butler, daily wellness treatments, access to a private car with driver and guide in every port, unlimited laundry, bespoke stationery, in-suite caviar service, and a curated selection of fine wines and spirits including Dom Pérignon and Louis XIII Cognac. Seven Seas Prestige will be the company’s first new ship since 2023, weighing 77,000 tonnes and accommodating up to 822 guests. It will debut with 13 voyages through the Caribbean and Europe, including two transatlantic crossings. Fares for the inaugural season start at $6,499 per person for a Deluxe Veranda Suite.
